Customer is eligible for exchange only if:
1.Exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
2.The item(s) ordered is damaged, or defected.
3.The received product(s) is different from the original order.
4.Any article(s) is missing for the package.
1. In order to be eligible for an exchange, customer will have to return the product within 7 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition and undamaged in any way.
2. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and will issue a voucher code of same value (except delivery charges). Customer will be able to use it in next order.
3. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
4. Products will only be exchanged if they are unused, not damaged and not washed.
5. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
